What is Creative Ministry?
Our vision for the Creative Ministry at Open Door is to see the church using the creative arts to communicate the truth of the Gospel in a way that is relevant, engaging, and effective in our culture. We believe that creativity is a gift from God and a powerful tool for ministry. Through design, photo, and video, we seek to create compelling content that speaks to people's hearts and minds and inspires them to take the next step in their faith journey. We also strive to equip and empower the church to use these same tools to share the message of Jesus Christ with the world, whether that's through social media, outreach events, or other forms of ministry. Our goal is to use our talents to inspire and equip the church to share the message of Jesus Christ with the world, both within our local community and beyond.
What We Do
The Open Door Creative Ministry is a team of designers, photographers, and videographers who are passionate about using their skills to communicate the Gospel in a creative and compelling way. We work on a variety of projects, from designing sermon series graphics and promotional materials to creating videos for outreach events and social media.
DESIGN
Our design team is committed to creating compelling visuals that support the mission and vision of Open Door Church. From graphics to print materials, we strive for excellence in every project we undertake. We see the design process as more than just informing but inspiring our church towards doing the work set before them.
PHOTO & VIDEO
Our photo and video team captures and shares the stories of God's work at Open Door Church. Whether it's through social media, sermon videos, or promotional content, we aim to use our skills to glorify God and inspire others.
MEDIA INTERNSHIP
Our media internship program provides hands-on experience and mentorship for individuals looking to grow their skills in graphic design, photography, videography, and social media management. We believe in investing in the next generation of creatives and equipping them to serve in the church and beyond.
